Appointments
In order to maximize the benefits of your treatment, we ask that you arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment. As a courtesy to others, please remember that if your treatment is delayed due to late arrival, it will end as scheduled so that the next guest isn’t delayed.
Massage Treatments
Our massage therapy sessions are one hour in length with optional add-ons. This time includes a 5 minute pre-treatment consultation and 5 minutes for undressing and redressing and 50 minutes of hands-on time.
You may add 30 minutes to any massage for $41.

Therapists carefully drape towels or sheets to ensure your privacy and relaxation during treatments. Please undress to your own level of comfort.
We will be happy to accommodate your preference for a male or female therapist, if requested in advance. Please just ask!

Please turn cell phones and pagers off or to vibrate, and refrain from use while in the Spa. We ask that you keep conversations quiet. Due to the nature of our environment, only children 12 years and older with an appointment are permitted in the treatment areas. We love animals, and only service animals are permitted in the Spa. Please leave valuables at home, as the Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Embody Wellness Spa Memberships provide affordable prices for treatments, product discounts, and exclusive offers and passes. Please ask us for more information.
Gift Cards
Embody Wellness Spa Gift Cards are cash cards and make an ideal gift for any occasion.
Cards are available for any dollar amount and may be used to buy any current Spa packages, specials, services or products.

Reservations
A credit card is required to reserve your appointment. While every effort is made to provide a courtesy confirmation, please be sure to call us to verify your appointment time and services.

The Spa accepts cash, traveler’s checks, Gift Cards, and major credit cards as methods of payment for services and products.
Cancellation Policy
Embody Wellness Spa is happy to honor Spa Finders Gift Certificates for regularly priced services. The Spa Finder certificates cannot be used with any specials or specially priced services or products.
We appreciate your respecting our 24-hour cancellation policy. There will be a 50% service charge for non-cancelled appointments.

Return Policy
If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with a product, please return the unused portion of the product along with the receipt within fourteen days, and we’ll issue you a Spa credit for future use.
Gratuity Policy
We recruit and train our staff to be the most qualified spa professionals in the industry. Gratuities are not included in any prices, and are always appreciated. However, they are discretionary and based upon the enjoyment of your service experience.
Gratuities for therapists can be left in cash in envelopes, located at the front desk for your convenience, or can be added to credit card receipts. Our Wellness Coordinators at the front desk will be delighted to assist you.
